World's Best Smoothie

Today Ms. Reinhardt delivered a great lesson about being healthy and taught our class how to make delicious smoothies! Here is the recipe:

World’s Best Smoothie
 1 Cup Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
1 Banana
½ Cup Orange Juice
½ Cup Frozen Blueberries
*ice optional
 
COMBINE: The yogurt, banana, juice, and blueberries for 20 seconds. Scape down the sides and blend for an additional; 15 seconds.
 
NUTRITION: (per serving)
300 Calories, 14grams of protein, 63 grams of carbs, 5 grams of fiber, 45 grams of sugar, .5 grams of fat, 180 mg sodium.
